What should I do if my hard drive enclosure is not recognizing my SSD?
First, ensure the drive is properly seated in the connector. If it is a new SSD, you must initialize and format it in 'Disk Management' (Windows) or 'Disk Utility' (macOS) before it will appear in your file explorer.
How long does shipping take and do you provide tracking?
